Through this program, fixed-income senior citizens may adopt qualified pets (adult and sterilized) at no cost. Seniors who own and interact with pets are happier, healthier, less lonely, and more active. Pets also provide a sense of security. Animal companions can greatly increase our quality of life, and they are placed in wonderful, caring homes.
